Daniela Aneva
Founder
Daniela has spent twenty years in executive development, psychometrics and coaching supervision. Clients include Stiltz and BCI, and Google for The Mastery of Coaching accreditation programme. She serves as faculty and mentor coach at Rice University’s Doerr Institute for New Leaders.
She is the author of Schemas in Leadership and The Anatomy of Panic, and a co-author of Becoming a Coaching Supervisor and Coach Mentor, which features the HexHelix team coaching supervision model she co-created.
She co-founded EMCC USA and is one of the leaders of the ICF Community of Practice for Coaching Supervision.
